I had the pleasure of working with Cheryl shortly after I made a significant career change. Switching industries and also transitioning to a much smaller company than what I was accustomed to, I had a huge learning curve to navigate. Cheryl's advice and guidance were critical in helping me find the confidence and motivation to embrace new approaches to problem-solving.

No matter how far I progress in my career, there is room for improvement. Similar to even the most successful sports stars, good leaders must continue to "practice", hone their skills and continue to seek ways to grow and acquire new ones. Faced with big decisions, pressure to drive revenue and hiring good personnel around you, even senior leaders sometimes doubt themselves. Cheryl helped me appreciate my strengths, understand my weaknesses, and gave me the confidence I needed to fight through challenging times.
